De-Burden-Ised

It all started right in this building.. Nikko Hotel.. I reached exactly on the dot just few minutes before the presentation started.. Honestly, talking in front of 3 distinguished and established career person is really tremendously nerve-wrecking.. I was shaking so badly while talking.. and one of the judge, Datin Catherine kept her charm with a smile throughout the whole presentation.. I think it was very nice of her..
After presentation, we went back to the waiting room.. May Yee browsed through the prizes mock boards.. My jaws was like dilated seeing the first prize - 3 days 2 nights stay in the Royal Suite with breakfasts worth RM 26,000!!!!! OMG!!! and we got to know that the Emperor of Japan used to live in that very room! WTF?! crazy.. After our group's presentation was George's group then it's the Saito's team - Rebecca & MikeT... Their design is based on a Japanese dance and the tattoo~ very geisha-ish, tattoo-inspired design.. interesting~ However, all 3 designs will be used for the renovation of Benkay Restaurant.. bits of here and there and combine into a superb design~ and I'm part of it~ woohoo.. *bangga*

Verdict : My group (Su Ching & May Yee) & George & FoongWai's group got runners-up..

We got our lunch for free in Benkay.. It was super filling! can't finish.. so sumptuous.. Then after the whole presentation thingy with the press hogging us with Questions and details, Ron - the Residential Manager brought us to the coffee house for a drink.. It's nice~ the mocha is just marvelous.. it's once of a lifetime thing la.. coz I won't spend like RM18 just got a cup of iced Milo.. ridiculous isn't? ~
And it all ends here... right at this very entrance.. We left.. so tired~ my leg was killing me at that moment.. coz of over-stretching while playing badminton the day before.. hmm.. We'll come back again to visit the Royal Suite when Rebecca n MikeT check-in.. It'll be like the once-in-a-million-lifetime chance to even enter that suite.. really rare! ha ha~ And we'll come back again to enjoy our meals in Benkay - we won RM 300 dine-in voucher each.. And we'll come back again during the re-opening of the 'new' Benkay..~ huhu! can't wait.. It'll be end of this year~

Anyhow, got lightbox to do.. materials, color, graphics, lighting research and proposals to do, etc etc.. and I'm still staring in front of the computer doing nothing!~ argh! I need the mood!~
